We are a cruelty free brand, as such our products are not tested on animals in any part of the development or production levels.

Shipping

What delivery options do you have?

Our standard shipping is via USPS (orders over $50 ship free to U.S.) UPS and FedEx options are also available please see shipping details. For international orders, shipping is via DHL.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries that DHL can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Narene Beauty is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I track my order once it has been placed?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order?

We are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been submitted. Orders are processed quickly and shipped out. If you have any questions about your order, please email info@narenebeauty.com.

What types of payments do you accept?

We offer Express checkout options with ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund/exchange policy?

To receive authorization for a return, please email info@narenebeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All item(s) must be in their original packaging. Narene Beauty is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost and non-trackable return shipments. Therefore, we recommend returning your order with tracking service. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees.

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

What is the status of my refund?
